BASIC PACKAGE
Tour and inspection of the property (inside and out) once a month and additional tours in case of storms.
Submitting a monthly report to the owner via e-mail, with attached photo/video documentation.
Overview of water, electricity and gas installations
Meter reading (water and electricity), collection of mail and bills, and their payment/forwarding to the owner (depending on the agreement).
Safekeeping of the house/apartment key, and upon your request and with your approval, handing it over to your guests, friends or contractors, with notification by phone or e-mail, no later than five days before arrival.

The contract for the Basic package can be concluded for 6 or 12 months.
Package PREMIUM
the premium package is a comprehensive package that includes all the most requested services in the real estate management business
Premium package includes:
Tour and inspection of the property (inside and outside) 2 times a month and additional tours in case of storms
Submitting a monthly report to the owner via e-mail, with attached photo documentation
Meter reading (water and electricity), collection of mail and bills and their payment/forwarding to the owner (depending on the agreement)
Thorough airing of the house/apartment twice a month
Real estate security check
Organizing cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools and gardens
A thorough check of the interior for the purpose of detecting moisture, water leaks, the presence of insects and other pests
Checking all external prisons (windows and balcony doors), running water from all faucets to prevent the formation of limescale and unpleasant odors
Welcome package that includes hot water in boilers, air temperature regulation in the house, a bottle of local wine, mineral water and seasonal fruit (up to two arrivals per year)

House/Villa over 200 m² – a visit to the property is necessary to determine the individual price.
Taking over the supervision of the real estate is concluded after the inspection of the real estate and the signing of the contract with the real estate owner.
The contract for the Premium package can be concluded for 6 or 12 months.
